About Us
My husband Don and I moved to Sherkston about 3 years ago to get away from the fruit tree sprays in Niagara. Our property contains 700 blueberry bushes, 52 apple trees, and 11 rows of Concord grapes. We do not use any sprays on any of the fruit. The blueberries and grapes are doing wonderfully well without chemicals. Our apples no longer look like apples (joke). We donate the apples to a local church to make apple cider for their church fall bazaar. The blueberries got me started making pies which I sell at my home on Hwy 3 in Sherkston. My husband reminded me that I used to make really good butter tarts so I searched and found my old recipe and starting making the tarts again. Once I found a really good recipe for shortbread and for brownies then they became regular items. Finally I perfected the cinnamon buns and they are a local favourite as well.My baked goods are available for sale on most weekends at our home at 4224 Hwy 3E in Sherkston.

Special orders for weekends or special holidays can be arranged by phoning me at 905-894-4945
