Naturally-fed Berkshire pork About Us Black Bow Farms is made up of a group of southwestern and central Ontario farmers dedicated to two propositions. 1.- Preserving the heritage Berkshire breed of pigs. We do this by not cross breeding for bigger litter sizes, greater feed effiency, or faster growth rates. You get pure Berkshire pork, raised traditionally, on straw bedding, with outdoor access in season, fed Ontario grains, with no artificial growth promotants. 2.- Providing an unparalled eating experience.
