Thyme-Infused Honey
Try this easy recipe that is great with strong or rich cheeses.
1 bunch fresh thyme
1 cup Bee Baron pure liquid honey
Place honey and thyme (stems and all) in a pot and heat over a low temperature. Allow flavour to infuse for 30 - 45 minutes. Thyme can be strained off while honey is warm, or left in to infuse further.
